Additional Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
• Offer is limited to the first 20 clients only.
• One Founding Client offer per person.
• Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Clients receiving model pricing or any promotional or introductory offer are not eligible for the Founding Clients promotion.

Redemption
• To receive the Founding Client benefits, clients must book, attend and complete a treatment appointment.
• Complimentary LED sessions must be redeemed during treatment appointments and cannot be used as standalone services.

Credits & Discounts
• The $50 treatment credit is valid until 30 September 2026 and must be used in a single transaction.
• Treatment credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.
• The 10% microneedling discount applies to a microneedling package only and cannot be combined with other promotions.

General Conditions
• All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical suitability.
• Treatment outcomes vary between individuals.
• Standard terms and conditions, cancellation and booking policies apply.
